  • thank you, may i have another? thank you,may i have another? pure talent. thanks you for the vid!!!!

  • su maestro esta viendo las notas y ella no... wow

  • I LOVE that she doesn't have sheet in front of her. Brilliant!

  • Bravo!

  • That's beautiful, I love the end when she smile at her mentor !...It must be so rewarding to have a student like this cute girl so talented, he probably doesn't even look at how much time he spend teaching a wonderful child like this one, and she deserves it !... Best Wishes to you cutie pie :-)

The teacher deserve lots of credit too, and he as to look at the sheet music, because accompaniment is not something you want to memorize, since it's the orchestra part !....

  • i get through 5 min and wonder when its gonna stop then im like 10 min and skip to da end lol

  • That guy is soo red.

  • Everyone can see, that there is a special relationship between Tiffany an d her teacher.......it´s so wonderful............

  • Anybody noticed that the teacher is playing with the Note Sheet in front of him, while she has it by heart???

  • @6MemoryOfForever9 well, it's probably because she practiced until she memorized it, but the teacher never really plays it so he reads the sheet music :P Which means he's playing a very complicated piece without even practicing

  • @6MemoryOfForever9

Did you know that it is much easier to play by "mind" or "Heart" as you say, than playin with Note Sheet.? Thats not even special!

  • @Mongomilian Well, when I play random songs and attempt to play them with notes, it IS easier than sticking to a sheet... but in their case, and that's my own opinion from my own experience which may be wrong, they are playing a written piece, and I am sure she learned it FROM a sheet, so not only did she have to stick to the sheet at first, she also learned it by heart, and probably knows it so well she adds her own "touch" to it from time to time. That is what I do with pieces that I love. :D

  • @6MemoryOfForever9 Sightreaders are MORE rare than memorizers - more difficult - Liszt was THE greatest sight reader in history or maybe John Ogden. The playing lacks flow - sounds like millions of single notes without certain direction...

  • @hadsell1962 You should see when I am "memorizing" and playing by heart. You wouldn't know what song it is even if you read the title! :P OK why did I just humiliate myself? O.o

  • @6MemoryOfForever9 I have to admit I don't memorize well either - I actually read better - kids are kind a of amazing that way...

  • @6MemoryOfForever9 Of course. he is the accompanist here. :-) The accompanist always uses the book, even when (s)he is on stage. :-)

  • @meiangie Oooooooooooooooh.... see I didn't even know that! Thank you! :D

  • @6MemoryOfForever9 As a piano teacher, he's not going to have every piece of music memorized. Taking piano lessons, you only learn a few songs at a time, making it easy to memorize.

  • @6MemoryOfForever9 A piano teacher never memorizes the accompaniment (played by the orchestra in a real performance). Why would s/he? It's not done.

  • amazing teacher-student relationship! awesome piece! its my favourite video!

  • very tallented from the very begin

  • she is brilliant!

  • Comment removed

  • ...with those little barrettes in her hair, baby skin, baby phalanges... trilling away.. oh my.

  • To everyone commenting about memory - when you are sixty you will understand.

  • I love it when she smile

  • incredible

  • she resembles nodame

  • Is this Mozart? If so, what piece is it?

  • @EmilyBearfan concerto n 19 per pf e orchestra

  • @pf92a Thank you!

  • the future is looking BRIGHT =D great job!!

  • the future is looking BRIGHT =D

  • the teacher probably has other students to teach and many other long pieces to learn for their guidance. why would he have to memorize all of that? there's sheet music for a reason..

  • wonderful well done what a talent

  • It looks like she is playing as a teacher to the man who need to look at the book.

  • why does he need the notes and she can play everything by brain? :D

  • @music4lifeloveit It's not his piece to learn, it's hers. Of course she'd know how to play it by memory.

  • @InfinityHeart

    oh okey :)

  • His face is so red

  • Fantastica!

  • haven't seem much clips after this. How is Tiffany? I miss her performance, and the little cute smile on her face sometimes.

  • I can listen to play all day

  • she has huge hands for a 7 yr old

  • SERIOUSLY!?!?!? BRAVO!!!

  • shes better than the teach

  • @hardnotlife93 yea it seem so, remember the teacher look at the book, but the little girl remember all by heart.

It's amazing to see how she play and enjoying it.

  • Tiffany...way to go gal!!! such talented gal..parents shd b proud..

  • It is a pleasure to listen and watch Tiffany play piano. She is an amazing!

  • you can follow tiffany getting better and better from age 4 to atleast 13, that's amazing! she's such a good piano player (:

  • The piano sounds beautiful! They are both wonderful!

  • The teacher reads while the student remembers all the notes? I am in awe at this stunning child with a God given talent..

  • @starrfan I believe the teacher is sight reading. My teacher does that a lot in duets. Well, maybe not sight reading, but reading it for the third time or something. The student only has one teacher, and the teacher can have lots of students, so they can't remember everything for all their students.

  • I just played this concerto, and you did amazing. To "chobeethaninov" this is Concerto in F major K 459 by Mozart.

  • does she remember all the songs by heart? that's crazy! she is super good! I wish I could play like that! I can only improvise and play chords :(

  • why does my life suck?lol

  • It´s wonderful..what a beautiful performance.

    I enjoyed every second.

    Congratulation toTiffany and her teacher!!!

All the best to both of you,

    Judyesther

  • Which concerto is this?

  • wow! this is wonderful, it's amazing that she is playing from memory completely, the poor teacher can barely keep up, not meaning any slight towards the teacher of course, he's obviously brilliant.

  • und sie lacht noch dabei ,einfach unglaublich

  • misha, pozdravlyayu. maxim pakhomov.

  • @hamiltonrrw I'd rather waste my time on usefull things, instead of playing an instrument.

I dont even want to know how to play a piano.

  • u mean cod4 is useful?

  • @thesickbeat My youtube account is old, name is old. I worked all day today, and went to school. now im deadddd, thats usefull isnt it?

  • @Cod4Spirat I dont really understand your reasoning but working and school is indeed useful. If you mean its useless after your death that may be true, although it wont be useless to others, and you'll be able to use it yourself while you're still alive. Music however will carry on just like these kids play beethoven's music.

  • @Cod4Spirat lol =p if you only knew the benefits of playing an instrument.

  • She is not even looking at music, this amazes me to no end! WOW!

  • Incredible!

what is the name of this composition?

    Thank you.

  • She's Gr8 ! (Y)

  • What IS this music? Sounds for all the world like Clementi, but I cannot place it! Well done, both of you! Love Tiffany´s excellent hand positions. As my mom, a master musician in her own right, says, nice to see a kid that is being taught the right positions and not being taught to hold her fingers like butter paddles!

  • @9thTuggy Mozart Piano Concerto No. 19 in F Major

  • Comment removed

  • Wow, that's fantastic!!!

  • i just started piano. i hope i could play like that one day.

  • AAAAAAMMMMMAAAAZZZZZIIIIIIIINNNNNNNGGGGGG!!!!!!

  • sweet :) look how many times the teacher turned the page and what? She memorised it? AMazing!!!! AWESOME!!!

  • she's really amazing..kip it up girl!!

  • AMAZING !

  • Well done! Both of them! It gave me great pleasure to hear this - thank you!

  • Perfect!

  • Out of Mind and even imagination. I don't know what to say it's beyond extra ordinary

  • Oh my goodness, she played it better than he did!

  • Hope she doesn't go the way of many Asian-American talents - when they reach college age mom and dad tell them to major is something else like medicine or engineering. Apparently she has inner talent and it would be a shame to see it wasted.

  • Absolute pitch?

  • funny how the teacher needs the book and she doesn't

  • @missmotta2u

    what's so funny about that?

  • Oh my goodness she looks like she has been playing for 30 years!

  • Seems like she's studying piano with a university professor. Wow!!

  • Is she playing by hearing the notes ?

  • omg this girl has so much talent. I'm jealous of her.

  • well, a very talented girl, loving parents behind the scence and russian piano school --> young genius :)

  • check me play .

  • Jesus loves U so much Tiff !!

What duet piece is that ???

    Thanks.

    David of Indonesia

  • This is so good I don't know what words to use to describe it. You were so much into the music you even started to play the Orchestral part once. At about 8:50.

    You are just fantastic.

  • Wonderful! Excellent !

  • This video is incredible! What a pleasure to see a talented young musician and her teacher. She's incredible!

  • Unimaginable..... met the right teacher

  • Amazing....very clean and nice tone...

  • teaching with love. This guy looks passionate about teaching and it is clear that Miss Koo enjoys it. These are examples of teaching with love and respect and how to motivate your students to do a good job too!!

  • @vsgarbi

I used to take lesson from him when he just arrived from Russia, about 19 years ago.

  • We r proud, proud, proud of u Tiffany. Many stars!

  • Why doesn't marvinkoo ever reply or comment?

  • That is impressive. I'm sure that she practices and practices. Very talented

  • Another visit to this wonderful video!!!

  • That's beautiful, I love the end when she smile at her mentor !...It must be so rewarding to have a student like this cute girl so talented, he probably doesn't even look at how much time he spend teaching a wonderful child like this one, and she deserves it !... Best Wishes to you cutie pie :-)

  • ...blind?....No, she isn´t.

  • what song is this? i love it :D:D:D:D

    btw, nicee playing :D

  • Hehe, i love when she is ready to begin and her teacher needs to change the page. Excelent little pianist.

  • woooo! amazing! :)

  • @hamiltonrrw

i agree that her teacher has done a great job with her. obviously she is talented beyond words, but without great teaching, she could not have accomplished so much already. so often people forget to acknowledge the teachers. only teachers know how much work goes into teaching a talented child - all the extra lesson time, tireless explanation, demonstration etc. her teacher deserves all the credit due

  • @yiyiku - Excellent point yiyiku.

  • @yiyiku so i reckon ur a teacher too ? LOL

  • @yiyiku GREAT ONE, YIYIKU!

  • @yiyiku How right you are, yiyiku. Having been one for 26 years myself, , I'm sure I was the only one who noticed how much more polished and mature my students' playing was on their Senior Recitals than their auditions.

Teaching (piano, anyway) is much, MUCH more than 'deciphering' the score.

  • this is my favorite one yet of all your videos, tiffany.

  • Beautiful.

  • is she friggen playing by ear?! omg haha shes so good!

  • by ear ?? this is memorized.

  • first...how can a 7 year old have so much expression?...second, anyone else find it even more impressive she is the one without music...

  • @jjohnson281

it is not unusual for the accompanist to use music, who in their right mind wants to memorize the orchestral reduction of a piano concerto? surely not her brilliant teacher

  • great 5*

  • There is a poster on the wall in Lithuanian:

    Simfoninis koncertas

    Balys Dvarionas [compositor from Lithuania]

    That's my native language!

Can I ask where was this video made?

  • yes but Martha Argerich was a genious as child too like Tiffany.

She did the 3rd Beethoven when at the age of Tiffany and the schumann concerto at the age of 10 . The recording of the child Martha Argerich is on youtube. Tiffany needs a very good teacher !!!!!! Her actual teacher is good but she needs a much better one. The juliard school new york could be the right place....

  • this child is a genious.... she needs a great teacher with the technique of Liszt and chopin which seems not be the case with this teacher here. It would be important that she goes on with the modern piano technique where the arm guides....

Martha Argerich has a perfect technique---- she should meet her.... or somebody similar in usical quality and technique

  • What a joy to be able to make such wonderful music. We can all see that it comes from the heart.

  • what great pleasure for a teacher to have a pupil like that... she is a big talent and already a complete musician And will get a good pianist. Should start to work on a Beethoven concerto or Schumann Concerto.... as Martha Argerich did. I think a meeting with Martha Argerich could be very positif.

  • dieses kind kann wahrscheinlich jetzt schon mehr als ihr lehrer jemals spielen wird .einfach unglaublich und wunderschön beneidenswert.

  • what is this piece? it's greaat!!!!!!!

  • Bravo!!! I see you're really enjoying this piece. You have a fan who's going to watch you as you grow, getting better and better. Thanks for posting this video! You are so darn cute!!!

  • OMG you are so very talented omg all your vids are giving me goosebumps..

    you really are amazing..

  • Is this the girl who had Juliard profs, a rich family with a grand piano or two in her house along with a relative who was completely hooked-up with musical connections (including the aforementioned Juliard instructors)?

  • @LukeSock , No, that's Emily Bear.

  • @crobc1 Ah okay, thanks.

  • ¡¡Qué maravilla!!

    Gracias Inessa por compartir.

    Saludos y *********

  • Tifany, everything in your performance is amazing.

The flawlessness of your young but brilliant technique, your lovely interpretation and musicianship, your excellent memory.

You are even capable of performing very good "trills", which is exceptional at your age. Besides, this is not a minor Mozart Concerto, it is a very important work to which you bring all your magic. Many, many congratulations......

  • Big talent and great teaching!

    Congratulations!!!!!!!!

  • Impressive!
