I pass this gym just using:

1.-Golem lv. 36

( Rollout,Selfdestruct,Magnitude­, and Rock Throw)

2.- Alakazam lv.38

(Flash,Calm Mind,Psychic, and Future Sight)

It was really easy I just used those 2 Machoke and Nidoqueen with Alakazam and the last Scyther he had with Golem
