i would have shot too, not because im a gangster or a bad ass but it looked (from my viewpoit anyway) like the passenger moved rather quickly and abrupt seeing as i cant hear anything idk what was said but you have to take into consideration the call was an ARMED suspect was trying to force his way...blahblah he was imo right not to hesitate it could have meant his life
