  • 80 bucks for some maggie high flows

  • Cats not cars

  • You can get cars new for as little as 100 dollars ik cause I'm gutting mine and I wanted to see how much it would be if I had to replace it

  • $2k ???? My f150 has $300 cats. And they drain power. They put so much back pressure that u have a 20-30hp drain. Cats ruin performance unless u have high flow cats. If they go bad and u r broke. Gut em. Just watch for the oxigen sensor :)

  • Just cut the fucker out, straight pipe it and hope you dont find yourself at an emissions station somewhere.

  • Hi Corey. Sorry for asking this but what do you mean by "missy/messy"?

  • @joab302016 He said "missing" that means miss firing, it is what happens when something causes the gas in one or more cylinders not to ignite, usually when your spark plugs/ignition coils are old but there are other reasons why cars can miss fire.

  • @joab302016 He said "missing". It means that one or some of the cylinders are not firing. So the fuel that is injected into the cylinder just gets send out into the exhaust and ignites there cause your cat. to burn up.

  • to replace both cat converters on my old hyundai santa fe it cost me $1K usd... the most expensive one was the one thats connected directly to the engine.. that one was $800, the one under the passenger seat area was 200... had to replace them both because the front one came apart and blew some chunks of it to the rear one and it got messed up.. lol

  • why are all scrap or salvage stores people obsessed with the catalytic converters ? I was selling an old car and everyone one of them asked only two questions ( make sure to have the cars title and it comes with a complete catalytic converter ) , he wasn't worried about the engine or gear or how many miles i had . could you please explain ?

  • @randomvidz94 Catalytic converters contain a metal called platinum and rhodium which is very expensive so chances are, they're buying your car then selling the platinum and rhodium inside the cat converter.
