to get the iso, you just need to download all the parts and then extract the first part to get the iso, then you can run it on your emulator on the pc. and as far as the region goes im pretty sure it doesnt matter if running on a emulator i no the region matters if you burn the games

After you extract all the files it will make a new file called a ISO, thats what you burn to the dvd using dvd decrypter or alcohol 120, so far the only 2 things i no how to mod the ps2 are the actuall mod chip itself which works very well, and the swap magic 3 which also works very well, so yes they both word
