It sad to think that this is a dying art. Nowadays all the pop music is all about "in this club", "I'm richer than you, I'm makin' rain", and all that auto-tune crap!

@kimaussie1 (1)...find the delorean, go back in time to 1995. Buy the single for $7.95 then return...and now you have it :D

2) I don't think music stores sell them anymore. Try HMV, Sanity, Kmart, but I doubt it. Try online sites. or just search for the MP3. By the time you read this, you would have already have the song.

@Chenoan ... baby that is Ray Pena and I know him ... He was FINE 20 years ago and he is STILL fine today :-) BIG UPS to my boys Ray and Larry ... :-)
aww.. makes me feel all warm and soft inside. ^_^ i love the acappella version of this song! anyone knows where i can find the full japanese acappella version of this song? any singer will do =)
no, original singer was Japanese, song has an Asian vibe to it doesn't it, when I was younger I actually though the singer of the English version was Asian.I really like this song.
Yep, not like the singers nowdays who can't sing and are made to sound like they can sing thanks to modern computer audio editing software. Britney Spears had tried to sing live recently and a clip of it ended up on TMZ and she sounded awful. Kevin Skinner isn't that bad, either.
i didnt know the title of this song until my ex bf sent me me a video presentation with beautiful quotes and the background song is this..from that on i love this song already..
to you my ex bf, hope u will realize dat i really loved u and am still loving you.. i know u want to come back to me & i really want to say yes to you again but i guess its not yet the right time..

@ dgto7 not to be offensive.......but these days? Good Lord! These guys are from these days! It's not like they're from the 60's or the 70's when 95% of the groups were of their caliber!
We share the joy of listening to this song so don't worry, be happy. =;-)
By these days, I mean year 2000+. There aren't many artists like these guys left still making music. I don't believe 13+ years to still be considered "these days"
Excellent version of a great song. If you like it, then you may also like the acappella version by the VariAsians. (They start slow, but go faster after the first minute.)
I think this song is wonderful, too, and I like Sakamoto's original version as well. But if you consider these gentlemen to be thugs then you might as well conclude that every rapper in the world is a peace activist. When these guys start talking about "bitches, hoes, ass, alcohol, and cash" THEN they should be disapproved for being the thugs they are. That aside, thank you for what you have done for your country, sir. You have my gratitude and my salute!

The only complaint I have was that they got too "cutesy" with the final "the sun would shine and once again you'll be mine" part. But that's only a minor complaint; other than that the performance was perfect!
pure raw talent....I wish we have more of these type of artists today instead of the ones that usually have to rely on some computers to fix their voices
I agree that it is rather impressive. There are still a bit of artists today that go the natural way. For example... Silverchair has long been against computer editing cause they feel that it doesn't capture the true feeling of the song or the art of the performance.

Great vocals. I've never heard of this group but I have heard this song. The original japanese and Taste of Honey's version. If anyone knows what year this was and what show they performed this on, please let me know. Just curious.
