Wow... that's horribly fake. It's extremely blurry (to help hide the fakery obviously) and the astronauts movement is really poorly done.

I work for a visual effects company and I can tell you right now that that is fake. The moon and LEM are a picture and the astronaunt has been composited in.

@Collserra . Actually this is probably just an Orbiter Space Flight Simulator playback, more specifically of AMSO (Apollo Mission Simulator for Orbiter).
