  • Do you work in the state of Georgia ?

  • this sound like it would cost the person with no money more than they have. how are you paid

  • Bob,

you still doing this. My and my family need help. we live in Alabama and the hounds of hell have been unleased on us. for our debt. we need some counseling. please help.

  • People are now Electing ARBITRATION per the Cardmember agreement and Winning!

It allows defendants to Go On Offense in their defense and bring up a multitude of counter claims ..FDCPA, TILA, FCRA and State violations at $1000 per violations + Damages.

It also makes the Creditor spend $5000-10,000 to go to Arbtirations (JAMS, AAA, NAF). I suggest it to anyone being sued.

Get your case Out of Court!

THe Judges will not ever side with defendants and go to Motion Summary Judgements quickly.

  • Credit cards are legal tender, what makes them that is the two signatures. Your Pin number and the credit number on the card. So when you use the card, the bank makes money on the transation, though the government plus interest. But they double dip. They want you to pay, the debt for the purches, interest and the fee on the card. I think this is called embezelment. UCC.

  • no, this is bad

  • out of all the youtube video, this is the Best of them all.

  • I learned how to defend myself against a debt collection lawsuit and I WON. I wrote a book describing EVERY step in the process, and reproducing every pleading in the case. If I can do it, YOU can do it. See my video: "DEFAULT !!! Escaping the Debt Trap and Avoiding Bankruptcy" on my channel.

  • @HurricaneHeidi

You really did!! I'm in the process of doing the same.

  • Another informative video, Bob! Standing up to debt collectors profoundly affects the outcome. Without fear & intimidation, DC's are neutered...in most cases. What is the fee for this service and how is the client billed?

  • The fee depends on how much they owe and how many accounts they want to enroll. Contact me directly and I'll discuss the pricing with you.
