A few months ago my assistant principal was injured badly in a hunting accident when he fell from a deer stand. I'm so glad we have this because our school does not tell us anything :( its nice to keep up with how he is doing even though some of the things it says are really... brutal, its nice to keep up with the progress. He may not walk again but, i guess thats just life. Anyways this caringbridge thing is really great! :)
I'm following the progress of two dear friends simultaneously on CaringBridge. The Web site sends me a text message any time either of my friends' caregivers updates their status. I can read and respond any time, day or night, and I can also read the comments of others who are close to my friends. It's all free, and it's very thoughtfully handled. There is a discrete link to make a donation in support of CaringBridge, in tribute to your loved one. Nice. - Lee McIntyre, Riverside, CA
What a wonderful way to spread love and support. After going through a rough time when my mom had her cancer, I sure am glad to see something like this come about because it is so needed.

Aww, what a wonderful thing to have available for those who are in need of something like this. I found it on a friends blog on myspace.
