hi , i have sanyo xacti c4 , but i didnt have the software so i can see my videos , can you sende the program to my address please or tell me what is the program i need? thank you .
ive got a TG-1 (pal) and used it to record a mates gig (on tripod most of the time) and even tho it was very dark, with lots of flashing lights & excessive sound, the TG-1 stayed true, i had use it many times b4 but never under such du-ress, a single battery i recorded for just over a 100min (constant recorded except for pulling out 1 8gb for anther 8gb in the break)
IN SHORT - SONY TG-1 has Sanyo beat on this one
ps - ive droped the sucka 3 times, its a tuff lil beauty!
I have one of these cameras and yes you can upload it directly but it has to be a very small video or it goes over 100MB and YouTube wont let you upload. You would have to decrease the quality before uploading
just got my vpc hd2ex w/ hdmi cable :) and i have to say this is a cool camcorder.this is just perfect for my hdtv which has native resolution of 720p thanks 4 the review charbax
I don't know if I used vivid or soft vivid. I was using manual shutter speed at 1/30 or 1/60, it's the Samsung engineers who helped me figure out that manual setting to prevent it from performing too bad in low light situations like in my first videos with it.
16 gb sdhc class 6 card is available in the market now. do you know if there's gonna be issue using it on a hd2 charbax? i saw a patriot card for about $160
I don't know. But I think all SDHC compatible SD card slots would support up to 32GB. But I am not sure about that. Do you know of SDHC SD card slots that are limited to 8GB?
The HD1000 has higher bitrate, different less user friendly but possibly better file compression, but especially I think that the HD1000 might have better low light sensititivty, better auto-focus and overall better image quality, I think that might be an important choice even though Mpeg4 is easier to use then h264..
I don't know about the mm size. I think Sanyo has some official lenses which use a special magnetic system to clip onto this camera. So I think you might have to get the official fisheye lense adaptor from Sanyo. In this review I used the wide-angle adaptor from Sanyo.
Dude you have a french Canadian accent!

how much is this in usa

Very slow still photo response has made this camera not so good for us. No headphone output. No analog input. Nice form factor.

@charbax- on techvideoblog, what kind of setting did you use? i mean vivid of soft vivid? hd shq 9mbps is way to go :)

Maybe I can post some samples, but you can see the nearly full quality 3.5mbit/s DivX encodes at techvideoblog dot com.

true... even if the hd1000 has a better bitrate the hd2 has a more user friendly file and compare to the canon tx1 i would prefer this anyday :)
