You should put cannabis plants in a few places that are hard to find. I've always been waiting to play that game where I stumble across some weed every now and then.x)
@arkatub you can choose to subscribe to their blog, so they send a blog email, telling me whats new, for example that they uploaded a new video and stuff, and i got to your video through the mail. its usually videos from the Wolfire youtube channel. anyways nice work with the trees, watches your other videos too, looking good. I see why they had your videos in the blog :)
Btw, there's no such thing as a "bonsai" tree, much less a big one. The word "Bonsai" actually means something like "vase plant", and it accounts for the process of growing tree-sized species in home plant size. That means you can even grow a bonsai out of a regular oak tree or even a sequoia! In fact the curved trees that are generally misnamed as "bonsai trees" are a simple species of pine tree.
The bamboo looked phenomenal! Good work! I would have to agree with spoonofdeath that the cherry trees do look a little wonky but I liked the actual geometry of the trees. And I couldn't tell on the bonsai trees, but were they all different models or just different sizes and orientations?
each blossom is just a singular plane, i could easily cross them but i'm worried about polygons, the model is 3500 triangles big and 1500 of these are from the leaves, crossing them will make them look better but will bring the model up to 5000 tri's, maby i'll do it when a level of detail system is implemented.
maby i'll stop being lazy and re-arrange all of them in a more efficient manner, maby i won't :P
@arkatub How about having some pixel distortion shader that displaces the blossom pixels to make them less flat - like a parallax shader but specifically to throw the blossoms out of the plane.

Bamboo and Giant Bonsai Trees are very impressive, good job!
There's something about the cheery blossoms that make it painfully obvious that it's a collection of flat surfaces though (at least from a distance, they looked good when you were under them), not quite sure what it is, maybe making boxes instead of crosses might help.

I liked wind phys. Its realy adding Life to object.
U need to do 2 things now is interactive phys.(then char touch tree its react) for those objects and advanced shader.
Add some sun shafts partical shades and also Internal luminescence for sheets.
U will give u illuminated Wood atmosphere.

I hope the plants have no physics because its alpha. Other wise they look pretty good.
I would also like to see sun shafts(god rays). They add a lot to the atmosphere and overall pretties of the game.
