This is done with the video editor on the PC version only. You can save the videos in 720p and even 1080p.

Well when you install the game you get the Games for Windows Live and Rockstar's Social Club. Both things you need to play online. Also a very powerful computer to play it smoothly. There are lots of people who complain about crashes and what not but the latest patch has fixed all of those issues for me. Also there is no anti-cheat mechanism for online play. I suggest playing only Ranked games as they tend to have less cheaters.
