the more muscle u put on, the more fat u burn. but in turn, the more food u need to consume. as long as its low in fat diet, a combination of weight training and cardio is the fastest way to burn fat. do cardio on empty stomach(that way ur burning off body fat instead of stored carbs) then stock up on carbs and protein after cardio and do weights later on when all carb'd up!!

I doubt it. He's kinda got a chubby face, and I know there's round faced guys that are buff, but they are also well over 200lbs. For as thin as this guy is, his face should be a lil more tight. P.S. I totally agree with pullups/chinups and definitely barbell rows to build a wide back! Also heavy dumbell rows. When in doubt, look to some of the greatest backs there've been, and take a page out of their book.

I have been taught by a friend of mine to concentrate on the elbows going down or back, that helps to concentrate on squeezing the back muscles and not so much on the bicep. Although, you can never totally take the bicep out of any back exercise.
You dumbass, there is a reason why some trainers are borderline doctors and not musclebound morons. He just showed so many ways to make it easier and make every rep count, which means results. Any experienced fitness enthusiast will tell you that's what will keep you going back. Otherwise you get overtired the first time and have to stop for a couple of days and you never get back on the horse.
my lats don't feel much on pullups, but they get owned by that overhead dumbbell pull while you are on your back... no idea what it's called but it's one of my new favorite exercises (look forward to it 1x a week :-D).

I doubt it. He's kinda got a chubby face, and I know there's round faced guys that are buff, but they are also well over 200lbs. For as thin as this guy is, his face should be a lil more tight. P.S. I totally agree with pullups/chinups and definitely barbell rows to build a wide back! Also heavy dumbell rows. When in doubt, look to some of the greatest backs there've been, and take a page out of their book.

I have been taught by a friend of mine to concentrate on the elbows going down or back, that helps to concentrate on squeezing the back muscles and not so much on the bicep. Although, you can never totally take the bicep out of any back exercise.

You dumbass, there is a reason why some trainers are borderline doctors and not musclebound morons. He just showed so many ways to make it easier and make every rep count, which means results. Any experienced fitness enthusiast will tell you that's what will keep you going back. Otherwise you get overtired the first time and have to stop for a couple of days and you never get back on the horse.

my lats don't feel much on pullups, but they get owned by that overhead dumbbell pull while you are on your back... no idea what it's called but it's one of my new favorite exercises (look forward to it 1x a week :-D).

Because we are interested in keeping fit for personal reasons and we seek help on a video sharing site known as YouTube. We then search what we are looking for and are given a selection of videos. So we then click on the thumbnail of a video and start it and watch it. Sometimes the video isn't good, is that our fault?
