I'm sorry but if someone hurts/offends one of my friends, I will not give them a hug or shake their hand. Alicia chooses not to shake Elizabeth's hand at the beginning of the segment, but in the discussion she still is polite and responds to Elizabeth. That is choosing to be professional even in spite of your personal feelings. Alicia handled it the best way she could it at the time-I probably would've done the same thing.

That's how I would deal with it personally, but that's my view. I found it rude.
