The scene you were waiting for a bus made me feel really sorry. I'm a Korean taking care of kids at a care center in America. There are 3 African-American kids out of 24 and they are the best kids. One of them is a boy always holds the door for me and the other one is a girl who always gives e a hug. The last one is an autistic kid but she makes me become a better person by making me pray more for kids. I hope these adorable kids grow up just the way they are now.

However in the video his watch was very plain and there's no cocaine in Korea (right?). If you look closely in the original video, he was threatening the older man with his fist while yelling "you see these rocks". We can infer that he was using "rocks" as a comparison to his fists. Believe me, I'm not the one who wants to give a Korean lecture here but fyi, 왜국인 is very rarely used because it's a wierd combination between 왜국 and 인. 왜국 implies disrespect for Japanese while '인' is a 'formal' word meaning 'people' or 'person'. So it's not natural to put them together and make a word.
외국 of 외국인 on the other hand, means 'outside(외) the country(국)', so 'foreign country', it means. And, '외국인', undoubtedly, means 'foreigner'.

I think it's very unfortunate not only that there is so much discrimination toward foreigners in Korea (I am saying this as a foreigner who lived in Korea 8 years and loves it), but also that Koreans are so oblivious. Most Koreans actually think they aren't racist, yet refer to blacks as apes and monkeys (and worse), I've seen Koreans spit on foreigners, and it's no surprise any video of a foreigner acting out of hand in Korea will go viral. (I heard that the man who was attacked by the African-American man told him to "shut up", which caused this situation. I don't know whether it is a rumor). I don't mean that the African-American guy should be exempted. I also don't mean that Koreans have fault in him being so aggressive to elderly. The scene you were waiting for a bus made me feel really sorry. I'm a Korean taking care of kids at a care center in America. There are 3 African-American kids out of 24 and they are the best kids. One of them is a boy always holds the door for me and the other one is a girl who always gives e a hug. The last one is an autistic kid but she makes me become a better person by making me pray more for kids. I hope these adorable kids grow up just the way they are now.

@blackpassenger I didn't understand at first either. Usually when people refer to "rocks" (regarding slang terminology) they are either referring to jewelry or cocaine. However in the video his watch was very plain and there's no cocaine in Korea (right?). If you look closely in the original video, he was threatening the older man with his fist while yelling "you see these rocks". We can infer that he was using "rocks" as a comparison to his fists. You understand?

Believe me, I'm not the one who wants to give a Korean lecture here but fyi, 왜국인 is very rarely used because it's a wierd combination between 왜국 and 인. 왜국 implies disrespect for Japanese while '인' is a 'formal' word meaning 'people' or 'person'. So it's not natural to put them together and make a word.
외국 of 외국인 on the other hand, means 'outside(외) the country(국)', so 'foreign country', it means. And, '외국인', undoubtedly, means 'foreigner'.

너희들 1992년에 일어났던 LA 흑인 폭동을 보면 알거다!
죄없는 2천여개의 한국 상점들이 흑인들에게 털렸고, 5명의 한국이 꼬마 얘들이 죽었다. 그것도 흑인들에게! 이 씨발놈의 흑인들은 뼈속까지 노예근성이 밖혀 있어서 그런지 피해의식이 졸라 쩔어! 물론 소수의 좋은 흑인들이 있겠지! 하지만, 내 뇌리에는 흑인들의 피해의식이 졸라 쩔어! 것도 50살 먹은 노인네한테 폭력이나 휘둘르는 20대의 건장한 청년이 쌍욕이나 하고 주먹이나 날리고. 흑인 좋아하는 10쌔들아!
