  • I can't wait to see them live at the Hurricane Festival 2012 *-*

  • Wolfmother FTW!

  • I miss the guy who played the bass and the keyboards u.u

  • This is real hard rock! Wolfmother are one of these bands, who play nearly the same kind of music like Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath or The Scorpions.

  • In this song they sound like the Killers :D No offense, I like the Killers..and I also like Wolfmother :)

  • nice ,nice .nice peace ^^

  • If there were more songs like this one, the world would be a happier place :D

  • Groovy music video.

  • due date, anyone?

  • I saw them live at Rock am Ring.. all I can say is fucking great <3

  • @xxXLoLasophieXxx

i saw them live at rock im park:D

    great show

    auch aus deutschland?

  • @GoldenCrusader93 yes jaaa :)

  • they are so fucking awesome..

  • @FAIL411 I know people who actually have, they said it was amazing.

  • THESE GUYS ROCKKKKKKKKKKK im -playing this song with my band it rocks so hard man lolz

  • this shit is cliche with an envelope of fjoewigtuqofasfasklvjas which is SHIT trying to look good

  • cool, my headphones broke because my volume was all the way up when i clicked this link. AWSOME!

  • The decent video effects can't fool me. I know GARBAGE when I hear it.

  • @MikesMusicChannel1

haha looks like mike dont know music

  • @MikesMusicChannel1 then why watch the video and take time to comment? smh and as far as a good throwback rock sound wolfmother is not garbage. u may not like them but geez man dont call em garbage..you beiber lover you lol

  • Just when you get let down by new music these days, an awesome band like Wolfmother comes out and cums all over everyone's faces.

  • Thank u for this advice and sorry, but my englisch isn't good.

What's the correct word for my sentence?

  • @3OptiKSoldier3 well some people don't really care if you find out about an awesome band entirely because of a movie, but others get mad for some reason. In my opinion its better than finding it in YouTube's unreliable suggestion list. anyways, hope that clears it up for you.

  • Cool track, I heard it yesterday in Due Day =)

  • @3OptiKSoldier3 Due Date*.

Some advice; don't say you heard music from a movie, 'cause everyone's going to hate on you for that..

    Brilliant song, by the way.

  • @cometogether21

not everyone is like u and all worried what everyone else thinks of them.

  • @MrMintberrycrunch I don't care what people think of me.. the person might though.

  • wolfmother is probably the most awesome name ever. it's like I AM WOLFMOTHER AND I SHALL DEVOUR YOUR CHILDREN

  • Gay

  • @rahape Go fuck yourself.

  • @rahape Damn fucker

  • Good? Yes. Awesome? Totally. Led Zep? No. Not even close.

  • @piechocolate1 Yeah.... They're even better than that!

    ;)

  • they remind me of cream... by that i mean i just creamed my jeans

  • A reincarnation of Led Zeppelin? Quite possibly.

    ...And cue the hate comments

  • @Andremichellavoie more like Cream

  • @Andremichellavoie thats my favourite comparison comment i have seen on any wolfmother video

  • i watched them live last year in tasmania and they were amazing :) It was my first time in a mosh pit as well, kind of added to the whole effect of the music in my opinion..

Why does everyone care if it sounds a bit 60's/70's..most people these days have a sound simlar to an older band.. Anyway, i bet most of the peope commenting that it sounds a bit 60's/70's weren't even alive then so how would you know?

  • @myellowbrickroad because you see what happens.... bands make something called a record the record is listened to 30 years later by new generations. then even sometimes the bands that are listened to sound the way they did back then... crazy right?

  • @Glasshouse27 you see what happens... someone posts a comment as a joke and then someone posts a sarcastic bitchy comment .

    crazy right ?

  • Mid seventies sound not unlike Blue Oyster Cult or Captain Beyond.

  • Wolfmother is a decent band, but it's definitely not "60s". They have some Hendrix influences in some of their songs, but he was ahead of his time. I would say they're more 70s to early 80s.

  • The fact that Wolfmother 'sounds like an authentic 60s/70s band' merely serves to highlight their inauthenticity. There is nothing remotely original or creative in their approach. Their lyrics are trite and their riffs could be written by any 16 year old who has mastered the pentatonic scale. Taking all that into account, I understand if people enjoy their music, there's nothing wrong with it, just not worth getting excited over.

  • Here here!

  • @disdanic the thing about your argument is that it an outsiders perspective i don't know what you listen to but its a pretty safe bet that i could disect their infueces and label them trite simplistic and unoriginal to how complex a riff is doesn't factor into creativity or originality technique is for people who want to be musicians but don't hve a fraction of an iota spark of natural talent its bout how it makes you feel not bars seventh notes and diatonic major 12 hundredth scales

  • @realitysimulator Actually its a perspective of a hardened musician and music fan. It's not that Wolfmother's influences are obvious.. it's that they don't even attempt to fashion their own sound, its just ripped off blind from decades-old music. I never said complexity is necessary, some of my all time favourites are Radiohead tracks that aren't remotely difficult to figure out. But they are profoundly moving and exhibit visionary originality. I suggest you broaden your musical horizons.

  • @disdanic if this was taken from another song, could you post a link of what song it is? i'd like to hear it

  • @007goldengun007 i take it you like james bond?

  • @Glasshouse27 definitely. well not really the movies, but the N64 game.

  • Ok it's funny how we think this is like the 60's 70's sound but my dad actually grew up back then and he disagrees

  • @supercalafrgusydney

I'm not surprised, there was nothing like this in the 60's. The 70's, maybe, but not 60's. O.k very late 60's , like, 1968/69

  • i love how its not the typical "rock" band...its almost like a fresh rock sound, even though it is "60's/70's"

this is the kind of music that should be well known.

  • woOw esta cancion me hace voOlar!!

  • wolfmother is the fucking best music

  • Das Lied ist echt geil !!!

  • check out SIGNEDBYJEFF on myspace. good up and coming original rock band

  • cooles Video

  • cool beginning .....

  • new wolfmother is not as good as the old guys. the lead singer is the only original member and he has a diffrent style of singing now, sounds more melodic but thats my opinion

  • That's true, but bands change and I think in many ways this Wolfmother is better suited to today's music market than the old one was.

  • yeah dont get me wring some of their songs are prety cool but just doesnt have that sweet sound the used too but yeah maybe this is what people are into now.

  • love wolfmother !!!! they PLAY REAL music !!!!

  • best REAL ROCK band playing now!

  • ---Abszolút, Cosmic Egg---Grat , fiúk !

  • CURLES <3

  • fuckin great!

    go wolfmadre!!

  • p.s.: 1:28 hot rocks :D

  • excelente video, excelente cancion, excelente banda, simplemente WOLFMOTHER.

  • This is what I call a music video not like that Justin Bieber shit. Just seeing the band playing the song and some awesome images but since there are no instruments in modern music the videos would be pretty boring wouldn't they.

  • i see the new moon riseing!! dadadaddadadum!!! awesome song! mail me if u wanna talk!

  • does anyone know who directed this vid?

please feel free to write me a message or answer with a comment.

  • fucking brilliant! led zeppelin of 2000 generation!!

  • Comment removed

  • this band will arrive very very high. this is rock FUCK OFF now is so difficult find a band that plays rock n roll

  • Australijski Wolfmother, raczej bez zahamowań i pełnymi garściami czerpie z klasyki rocka. Skojarzenia z brzmieniem Black Sabbath i Led Zeppelin wydają się być oczywiste. To już drugi album zespołu, którego słucham z niekłamaną przyjemnością. OK !

  • Wolfmother deserves way more credit then they get. Keep up the good work!

  • yeaaa wolfmother

  • u gotta love this video! its fuckin brilliant!

  • Do I taste a pinch of Led Zeppelin? :)

  • I could be wrong, but I think they started out as a Zep cover band? Don't quote me on that though.

  • Gen Y can be proud. A true rock band.

  • theonlinecinema. net/the-twilight-saga-new-moon/ - this site lets you watch twilight new moon online, pretty sure its the only one out of all of these that works

  • Fucking brilliant band. Underrated IMHO.

  • Gotta love a bit of Wolfmother, its like they directly stimulate that part of your brain where all the badassary comes from :D

  • Wow this is a muthafuckin good tune

  • tit

  • Then song sounds rather interesting, but I am not too sure if I am a fan of the video! But they sound like they are imitating a couple of good artists!

  • It's called using your influences, mate...

  • ...It's Very Different "Use Your Influences" And "Copy Your Influences", Just Listen To Them, They're Imitating The Style Of Voice, The Sound Of The Guitar, The Bass, Puff, Nothing New Whit This Garbage, And That It's Obvious, Do You Wanna Hear Something New??, Listen To ARCTIC MONKEYS "Humbug", That It's "Use Your Influences"...

  • Aumenta o som morda a focaaa!! #Dica

  • NO ONE FUCKIN CARES IF U HAVE THE FIRST COMMENT! God why do people comment that??
