Does one just randomly do this? Or is there like a specific day that people do this around the world? Also, if one is thinking of doing this...is there any risk or being arrested or any potential risks?

@Timbit8888888 Random is pretty fun, yes, but I think there are at least a few days per year where it is a bit more focused. Personally, I prefer random campaigns. As for police or that stuff? You open your arms to someone and over they come. I think that means no risk...and obviously, it's just a hug, so hands should remain in hugging formation! ;)
