Well, at 0:56 its a reverse Spin move. ( Hold L2 and roll the right analog stick clockwise or counterclockwise depending on your shooters handedness).

At 1:22 its a simple deke with the right stick. (Hold L1 and use the right stick to pick your deke direction).
