@austincallie97 Ocean Current is the route between Pacifidlog Town and Slateport City. I think you could only access it after you beat the Elite 4 though. Same goes for Rayquaza. It became my favorite legendary when I saw how INSANELY powerful it was... Oh yeah, and be sure you have someway of decoding the Braille language under the current. Some dictionaries have them.

Well, that's a bit tricky because you have to find a secret cave under Ocean Current and decode some Braille inscriptions. As for Rayquaza, you can find it on top of Sky Pillar. Yes, ANOTHER secret location near the current. Be sure to save your game before battling!

@ThePatriotsDominate with the latias, have a mawhile or a trapinch with the ability arena trap so that the latias cant run away. then get the health down, or parylyze or put it to sleep. then itll be easier to catch. and the regice was pure luck. i used up all my ultra balls and only had pokeballs left. i literally got his health down to just one tiny bar! then i caught it. i hered if you tap a and b repeatedly wen the pokeball is shaking, it will make the chances you you capturing it greater.

get a nindica. leave out one space in your pokemon party.(you must have 5 pokemon to do this.) i think you can just level up the nindica to lv.20, then the shedinja is is automatically put in your final pokemon slot. if that doesnt work, i think you need to put the nindicas speed up b4 you lv it up.

metagross=on the island of the last gym battle with the twins, go to stevens house on the to left corner. if theres a pokeball on the table take it. then level it up until its a metagross.

rayquayza=you fight it on the top of the tall tower near the town floating in the water.

go to the desert nort of maulliview. keep going north and to the corner. if you got far enough into the game, there should be two fossils. one is a leaf fossil and the other is a claw fossil. if you want a cradily, get the leaf fossil(claw=anthorith) then go to rustbro(where you fight your first gym.) go to where you delivered the goods. talk to a scientist on the second floor and go back out. run around for a couple of seconds, go back in and you have a lileep. train to lv.40 and it evolves.
