The new Mario 3 editor is called, as of now, Reuben. It's being made by a guy that goes by the name of DahrkDaiz, and not only is it a LOT better than Workshop, it uses its own custom ROM of SMB3 because it overhauls the original object-base and replaces it with tiles and makes the game that much more customizable. We have a thread for it over on Board2 that I'll PM to you (or anyone else that's interested in looking into it), just reply to this comment if you want it.
