No. Foresight is build on rPath. A system with a different package manager which is supposed to be much better than RPG or DEB (I just speak of what I read on a forum).
I've also read (on Foresight's official website) that many of the developers of Foresight are also developing GNOME. And that Foresight always has the newest of the GNOME desktop.
Correct me if I'm wrong but is Foresight Linux a fork of Ubuntu? I'm just curious.
