  • aguante el coro de locas de patiooo jajaja

  • Yeah, I don't care who's vocals are off, I would still have lots of sex with Anna Waronker. Even if her last name is Waronker. Actually, I think she's married now, with a different last name... but.... even though she's married.... I would still have sex with her.... even though I'm married.

  • it's pixies, it's a plane, it's a bird, it's nirvana...it's Beck

  • I was at this show!! Angel was awesome when they ran out and taped wings to everyone on stage!!! Beck was toasted, sooo freakin fun!!!

  • Is this from the April 19, 1994 show that was supposed to be at Hong Kong Cafe but got moved?

  • D U D E, I want to buy a new record player so I can jam out some Western Harvest Field by Moonlight! This is my favorite song on it along with one other I can't remember.

  • he never touched a drug in his life, probably.

    id say

    good man beck.

    maybe once

  • HOLY MOLY!!! thats ME on guitar!!! I have no pictures or video from this time...fun to see!

  • Hes look so sexy and those girls suck

  • He look so sexy

  • I love that sound

  • Beck playing a telecaster!

  • The beautiful thing about music is that...it's not supposed to be perfect. You can make a song with a pair of dice and a melody.

  • I love every version of this song. Love Beck.

  • Awesome song! Sounds pretty grungy. And, oh dear. I love Beck in this video. Sexy, sexy, sexy!...way too much

  • theres an offer for a dvd at the end but when you go to it there's nothing for sale. anyone have a full version of this show i could buy? i recognize the show. it's the first show i ever went to. i was 15!!!!

    any help would be awesome.

  • What a lifetime of incredible work; this one is a rare gem...you always get Beck wherever he's at.... along his incredible musical journey....

  • this performance is so charming

  • Never mind Elvis, and never mind Michael, for Beck is the King.

  • TOtally...pun intended. There is nothing cool or rock or artistic about Scientology. Wake up people!

  • @Jimm0In0Space that's very true, beck is way better than elvis, michael, and every other band or musician, he kicks ass!!!!!!!!!

  • @Jimm0In0Space Hell fuck yea!!!!

  • I love this song. Does anyone happen to know the year this was filmed?

  • This is from April 19, 1994.

  • ahah woah day before I was born.

  • beck has a very cool singing style. it's suckkyy that some people can't appreciate it.

also, that dog has a very cool singing style.

also this song is some very cool singing.

  • that dog. and Beck! Thanks so much for posting this, I always love seeing musicians I love play together and create something different and new from an old song.

  • Hehe, some get it and some don't! Wish Beck did more songs like these. Such energetic tension. :-D

  • His older CD's, like One Foot In the Grave, and Stereopathic Soulmanure are just like it.

  • the aforementioned albums are 2 of his best... if he olny could record such songs again.

  • Yes. I liked the Beck with that scruffy long hair and during that Mellow Gold era. But Beck has made some pretty amazing shit in his newer albums, too. But I know what you mean, One Foot In the Grave can never be replicated.

  • he does look pretty under in this.

But that's besides the point, It wasn't horrible. You have to know the musician Beck is, and know a lot of his work. It takes a special person to respect his special style.

  • He is such a good artist... one of the best if you ask me.

  • I agree. He's so talented. He is my favorite artist for sure. Him and RHCP.

  • what year is this concert?

  • How are the backup vocals "off"? They sound totally in tune to me most of the time - it's not like Beck is a technical singing God on this performance, either.

If she "overpowers" Beck, that's not her fault, that's whoever is running the soundboard's fault.

Shut up and enjoy the song.

  • I love Petra Haden's music and have seen her (and have all her albums) live a few time. That dog is one of my favorite bands. I don't think it is her fault at all, I just think the mixing is a little off on this compared to the recorded version of the song.

  • yeah, the female vocals are just off. it would sound fine if she was singing in tune. youtube can kill a good memory. success!

  • Is it just me, or do they need to kick the guy off the stage and turn over to Petra Haden and her gorgeous voice?

  • That is all you dude. I think she is over-powering in this version. I think they both have distinctive vocals, just a bad version of a fucking great song.

  • Yeah, it's you dude. I'm not familiar with Petra, but this is her chiming in on one of Beck's things. I would rather be smoking what Beck is smoking than smoke what Petra is smoking in this video.

  • It should be spelled 'konfused'

  • kunfused

  • That drumming makes it so different... Btw, the recording had the female singers, as well; was this them?

  • I believe the recording for this song (not the one on Golden Feelings) features Anna Waronker and Petra Haden as well (like this one). However, this one Petra's vocals where louder than I like. I preferred the balance in the recording, where she still sang high but it wasn't overpowering Beck and Anna.

  • Right. I think the falsetto-esque singing in the recording made her stand out just enough.

  • by the way, is the track on the Beercan single the same recording as the Golden Feelings one?

  • nice, didnt know they played together

  • sick.
