We always put sour cream on top of the dumplings with a touch of cinnimon.Great looking dumplings tho. Reminds me of my grandma. RIP :(

In some parts of the world (outside Hungary), potatoes are not very suitable for the dough, so I also add some potato starch into the mix.

i would suggest rolling the dough thinner before wrapping the plum; otherwise yes, they will taste heavy heheh ^_^
