This is surely less glamorous though, more workmanly than jane's.

The guitar work is very Southern traditional, for example. Do you hear Allman Bros.? Skynard? Corrosion of Conformity? Crowbar? Old ZZ Top even? What the hell. I think I hear it anyway.

They kick ass live! i was like one of the only people that knew their songs as they opened for Opeth (Lord of the Rings Metal lol) and i went crazy. Especially THIS song! so killer, so true, so dope, so transcendent of typical "metal" (much like Mastodon is too)

But what is even more important: records that get in your ear fast, go away fast, but the records that need some "digesting" are the ones that than accompany you in your whole life, and never get old...
