@buzzdanaijabee I am sure you already know this anyway but by this stage all these graduates will have proven themselves through the application process and sifting process, including aptitude tests that they are intelligent and all have a decent education. These exercises are designed to demonstrate one's personality traits along with their core strengths such as leadership and communication.
