Any time I've tried to change the thumbnail to the third choice, it's always taken a day or two to update. And by then the project will be over.

Does the new algorithm just choose a random thumbnail from the middle 10 seconds? So it could be different each time you upload it? Maybe we could just keep uploading it until it works. I dunno. We'll make it work.
