I like how you play this a bit slower so that you do not lose the musicality and the lyricism in the piece by speeding up and trying to play it like Gilels or something. I am super guilty of that, and unfortunately its very hard for me to pull off a really good performance on it consistently.
im learning this piece at the moment its real hard but i just love rachmaninovs fire its beatiful dark and has an angry temper to it! :) you play it realy well not too fast or too slow quite nice to play it at a medium temper ;) ^^
I suggest you play it a little more forcefully :) at the end of the first part, the final chord with g should really be heard. And maybe if you manage to increase the tempo just a little, it will be perfect (of course, this is subjective :) I always viewed this piece as a very forceful and powerful march.)
Oh, and also, after the middle part, when you're supposed to go from very slow and ppp to the original tempo and to forte, once you start from D and work your way up to g and c, don't slow down at any point. Make it go louder and faster. Just my thoughts. :) thats how I did it.
oh hoow i would love to hear you play chopins ''heroic'' polonaise...

Fantastic work. I'm learning this atm, dont worry too much about the tempo, you can build that up.
