These aren't exploits, these are secrets. They are perfectly legal. An exploit is getting behind the skybox where you can shoot them, but they can't shoot you, and as you can see he's very shoot-able. And placing a tele outside of the map is also an exploit. What he's doing is just landing on ledges.

None are exploits? Does it look like the developers designed the levels for people to be there? Standing on a half inch of a ledge or some glitched out corner of the map? It's not what was intended, other players wouldn't think to look in those areas which is why it's something they should and probably will remove/fix in updates.

They are coming from areas that the designers didn't intend for players to be. A while back some people found a way to get under the ground and shoot up at people making them impossible to kill at the same time. Just because you -can- do it doesn't mean that's what the developers meant for.
