Yeah same here, it was a sound that came with the drivers of the Sound Blaster Live sound card. You probably had it too. I had it in one of my 98 machines, along with an AWE32/64 or sumthin like that. :P

The only windows sound I like is the 2000 ending sound.
But they all takes me back, so thanks for this tribute video.
