purchased that for the dark circles. didn't work for me neither :) tbh sometimes i feel like my eyes are more puffy after i use it.

@lSimplesidad it will help reduce the puffiness but if you have dark circles it's not going to help that much. It may help to reduce it over time, but not instantly

Thanks so much for the review. I've heard lots of different opinions haha so I've finally decided I'll just have to try it for myself. I guess stuff like this really depends on the individuals skin. Plus something everyone can agree on is that it's cool and refreshing when you apply it so I figure even if it doesn't help with the dark circles at least I'll feel refreshed =) thanks again

I have it, and i think it does help with puffiness and i mix it in with my concealer and you can't see my dark circles :) and yeah it does get tacky but it's like a splash of cold water in a good way :D

yeah it does feel very fresh :) I just use my concealer after it's all dry :)

I am still trying to find a nice eyecream. My eyes are sensitive and I get Milia (the little white bumps) under my eyes. So far Neutrogena Ageless Intensives Deep Wrinkle Eye Cream has been working well. It's a rich cream so I only use a little at night. However I am tempted to try Clinique All About Eyes to see if that works for a good one to use in the morning too...
