it is not painfull when done buy a doctor for cosmetic reasons like you have a scar on your eye but no doctor will do it just cuse you want it the way its done without pain is medicated eydrops to numb your eyes and eyelids and then the ink is incected with a clean sirynge into the the layers just below the surface and if the tatoo artist fucks up you will go blind would not recomend to any one unless you got some serious balls and i wouldent do it cus i dont want to look stupid

Pauly Unstoppable was the first person to have his eye tattooed, allegedly, and I still talk to him, to this day, he's never had a problem.
