Brilliant. Clever casting and props, how on earth do you manage it? V professional and entertaining. I never got to a Fizzer, but had a beautiful Puch Maxi with green/cream tank and chrome borders. Crumped it on the rear of a parked Merc :-)
Ahh!, great days 1976 on the fizzies,AP 50s,Garelli Tiger Crosses and Honda SS50s [ok the honda were shite] Great vid. I dont think shops advertised 'FIZZYS' in their windows though,
There Won't be another generation like this . The super moped generation which started to end when the 30mph restriction's came in 1978 i think . Those were the best time's to be 16 and on the road .I had the Suzuki AP50 though but Fizzy's were the best . Great vid .
Yes, it's called 'Ronno's Theme' by ex-Milltown Brothers James, Barney and Max (as Dexterous). Written and recorded in 2006 for the short film 'Fizzy Days'.
twin bruvs been on my u tube !!, i had a fizzy he had suzuki ap50, ugly bike even if it was a little faster, lgj 646 p bought it in 1978 for 180 pound, loved it got me into bikes ive got 600 honda hornet and a 1953 matchless 500 single, and just bought a triumph bonneville america brand new, ,,all started with the fizz
@peaceman1234567 . I know unfortunately, due to lack of cash, we had a couple of errors in there, particularly the supermaket scene. But well spotted. SR
The FS1E is one of the few mopeds that I not only respect, but also admire.

Riding out on those hot evenings in that long, dry summer of '76, 20, maybe 30 of us off to the seaside, every night after work. Amazing.

My dad is Max yes. His real name is Christopher Elliott. If SR stands for Stephen Rigg then I assume you already know that.

Good one! I ride a Z650 nowadays but just picked up a rough 1977 Fizzy to restore. Looking forward to reliving me misspent youth!
