@samsinyard It doesn´t if you work on you´re shooting everyday, also in your moves and tecnique , have u ever watched college players? how they are strong and built, and they also can shoot the ball very well. it´s all about practicing and working out
Gray, one quick ?. What exactly are the mats you have under all your equipment. I have a garage gym going on and I'm lookin' for good mats that 1) Provide easier padding to stand on 2) Work for functional strength stuff - dropping knees and elbows on it and 3) Can take the brunt of dropping some heavy kbells on it. I've seen em before but what are they - Exactly? Thanks
Wow man great workout.. I am definitely going to take some of these things and add them to my workout. I need to clean up my diet to get as ripped as you though ; )
One piece of advice though... put some shoes on homie ; )
Gray takes a few supplements. Whey Protein, NO Explode, cyto max, fish oil, branch chain aminos, and a multiple vitamin. He eats a clean health diet, and is consistent and dedicated in working out.
Gray a lot of respect for ya. How tall are you?

Hey Gray, do you implement this workout with others or is this your main workout for a day? Because it does use a lot of full body movements.

does all that strength training not throw off your shot?? And if it doesnt what do you do to work on your shot?
