you can't beat the sight and sound of these old british diesel locomotives they are lot better than these new fangled electrics that x rail are gonna use
british locomotives are one of the greatest inventions in the world. I really admire our british friends!i must say you have the most colourful loc types:-) really bad ass:-D greets from east frisia (north germany)
hehe no problem:-) if you come to germany there are just electric locos on the rail. somehow it is sad, because in the old days we had one of the most beautyful engines in europe: DB 215-DB 219. and now.....forget it just DB 101, DB143, DB 112, everything is red, everything is new, there´s not much place for locomotive and train enthusiastics like us. and when i went to england for the frist time, i was lucky to see a class 47, woa awesome, the colours, wunderful, not like in Germnay...-.-

Hi Andypan43
Best thing to do is ask permission first
if you dont recieve a reply, go ahead and post but remember this
1. do not claim the sound as YOUR work
2. do not claim that you OWN the sound
3.Always give the site a mention in the video
good luck --- MERLIN

Hi type2thrash
I had noticed the missing skirting, but I assumed that it had been removed for maintainance or servicing.
Thanks for your input.

37019 is a bit of a rare beast in this pic. The bufferbeam skirting has been cut back more than usual, along with the boxes, but retains its doors.
