If we review Miss Universe 2011 per Competition & to the Final Q&A it looks like Miss Angola got the most applause by the live audience and Philippines in second...though I was dismayed with the final result when I watched the livestream, I still believe a runner-up placement is still a great title that is putting the country again in the World Stage from 89 delegates ended up as 4th most Beautiful Woman in the World is really great.Job well done Miss Philippines Shamcey Supsup! :)
