Funny how the horsepower figures always grow by themselves, or did the car go to dyno again? As far as I know the dyno showed 980hp with the new engine.
Maybe in future, but not now, not on those vids. Not on that dyno. I really do not understand why people need to exaggerate stuff, that is already cool as it is. Then a little white lie on top of it dilutes the facts.
Happened to Dahlbäck's golf, awesome build, but never put down more than 700hp, although it was praised to be 1000hp. Just like 700hp would've not been cool enough...
Like said above, we tried to jank up the boost in season finals, but blew all the trannies. First gear is the weakest -or should we say: less strong, link.
Clutch is our own production flywheel and Alcon twin plate. You can use it on streets, but it is not that easy to drive. I have sold some of those for streetcars, and they seem to live well, as long as owners obay my instructions how to drive with one.
wow! and with 3,2 bar everything works perfectly? I guess there is a lot of work to do :D until it works like that! many respect! i only drive a RS2 with 1.9 bar...

I am quite sure that dyno run gave 980hp. Not 1100+ hp. Also, 1100hp should take the car to +250km/h, which I believe has not been the case.
Nevertheless, good luck to new team. Let's see if they get it to the eights.

Because, as You very well can see, the car did +240km/h traps with 980hp, and now You claim 1100+ hp with 230 something km/h.
Don't be offended, but 980hp is a nice number, and there is absolutely no need to add another 120+ imaginary horsepower on top. Absolutely.

Are you using the 6-speeds with the widened and hardened 1st gear, I believe the code is CMB..

Dyno showed a bit over 970 hp. There is another clip, with a full dyno pull with 3,2 bar boost.

In second gear launch, the 60ft was like 2 secs or so. Normally it varies between 1,3 flat and 1,45 secs.
Launch with second gear because of blown first gear in previous eliminator round...
