No there has never been a election, at least for mayor, in CWCvill. It is some sort of monarchy/dictatorship. His father founded the town and the position of mayor for life was passed on to him at some point. Only some of the lower positions in town government have elections. Though may no longer be true. It seems most positions in his administration seem to be filled with his Sonic re-colors lately.
