This is so sad this is almost the exact the that happend to one of my chao except it was a baby and it died when i accedentily jumped and hiting him. and when i looked in the egg it was this close - to evolve. ( p.s he was grey when he was born but when took a look at it right before it dissapered he was a Hero color.) also my brother played with him one day so I wonder if that has something to do with Charm's ( my chao's name) death.

dude u can stop them from dieing! my friend did it once! heres what u do, if u see your choa in a grey cacoon run out of the garden really quickly and keep doing this until you can grab your choa before he sits down ready to die, then put him down and keep petting him but dont hold the petting button u have to keep pressing it so hearts come out of his head again and again, do this for about to minutes or more depending on how sad your choa is and he should reincarnait instead.

And one time I lost my memory agian...BUUUUUT, the next day I wanted to play it and I noticed the kart race and stuff was there and I had all the stages so I quickly go to the chao garden and everyone was back so I was REALLY realieved. But now...I dont do glitches anymore because im afriad I will lose the memory agian. But also I have one garden with just chaos chao! I even have 3 clear chao (1 is a dark chaos)... Finally the end!!!

I remember when star (green sparkly chao) died i was sad I kinda cried because my chao mean a lot to me. AND thanks to someone showing a glitch that kills memory I tried the glitch where you sell an itim and you get it to reappear and you can sell it over and over so I did that and when I restarted my game... ALL THE DAME MEMORY WAS GONE!!! So... I was crying all over the place I was sooooo sad because it happened right after I got all of shadow's (dark chaos chao) stats to level 99. P2 soon.

I know why the chao died. wildfire didn't like shadow or sonic.well your other chao has to like sonic or shadow so the other chao don't die exept for the chaos chao. hope it helps:)
