Being Emo IS a phase. I was once an Emo, then a Goth, and then realised I sounded and looked like tosser so I broke away from the label as I realised everyone goes through this. Everyone. It's natural to get depressed and emotional especially as a teenager, but you don't need to label it and give yourself a haircut and wear black because of it.

If this makes you happy and feel content then fine. But I warn you, you will look back and think, "Why the hell did I do that?"
