well Contalto I've played once(waste of a reed and a few dollars) and if you can imagine playing a berry sax.

They say that a regular clarinet= soprano sax

Alto clarinet= alto sax

Bass clarinet= tenor sax

Contralto= berry

Not too mention the contrabass sax and the saprano clarinet

I guess clarinets were meant to be high saxes low

@Jesse1398 Thanks soooo much!!!! :D I play clarinet and a little guitar and piano. I'm teaching myself guitar and piano so I'm not that great at them. I like piano the best because I love how it sounds. Do you play any instruments?

Super!!! That was fun!!! Weird, Kid, but enjoyable... You've come a long way! Keep up the good work! Post more tutorials on how to "practice" the clarinet... Talk about specific fingerings .... especially past "A" in the staff and into "C" into the upper staff....
