well this is bullshit, the news media is awesome at wrong facts. he wasn't a white supremacist. i know this because i was friends with him and a good amount of his friends were black. How many kkk members do you know with black friends? none. He shot the kid when he was 14. I blame the homosexual for being antagonistic. Brandon never did anything to him before. I know people want to help suicidal gay youth but what about the youth who is attacking the gay youth. Sorry but telling the gay kid it will get better won't stop the attacks from a bully. Maybe people should try to help bully. So maybe he can stop bullying.

I try to help gay suicidal youth understand their significance and worth. Violence against gay youth or their suicide is too often ignored, covered up or excused. I have written local, state and federal politicians, religious leaders, school officials regarding this. Those on the right seldom answer me and some say it is the fault of gays and those who support them for the violence or their suicide because they are disobeying God, need no extra protection, and the right accepts no responsibility

I feel sorry for both kids, it seems that they had troubled lives but still if the murderer felt threatend by Lawrence he could have gone to a teacher or counselor. Bringing a gun to school and killing a classmate just for being openly gay there is no excuse for that. What is done can not be undone, and there will be no happy ending for those affected by this violent act of hate.
