This year l be buying Samsung laptop these last 3 years with apple were like going to dentist and having teeth pulled.

stay away if your heavy computer user .. if your normal user that cant run pc then this is perfect for you. every year i talk all my friends not to get one so far i have stopped 3-4 people a year from getting them. for the holidays

these thing break all the time what junk i still have crappy machine from them

i have since video 6 power supply replacements the changed the top cover were the keyboard sit the right hand corner keeps chipping had it replaced 2 times already

and track pad breaks after 3-4 months of use Ive gone thru 3 next replacement due soon. Your better off without this junk osx lion even worse after the update lion take 5-10 min boots and the motherboard keep beeping with errors

Let me tell you something. I love my macbook pro. I LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT. I have had many PC's and I will never ever go back.

the rubber boots on the bottom plate rubber boots fell off and had to buy hole new cover and was Charged $50 they said that was cosmetic and they said it was there full of it also i gotten 2 power supplies replaces WOW these thing Garbage

ya i talked to them originally wanted full refund but they told me that they upgrade to new one ive asked for full refund several times and have being refused i filed report with state attorney office in my state and also filed claim thru Court ive being very reasonable with them for over 1 year i have no clue what are the odds of getting 4 defective products in one years time but iam sure far higher than 1 million

I just got the MacBook for Christmas. Did you buy your computer straight from Apple? Because I haven't had a single problem with mine, I absoulutley love this computer. I've always wanted a mac, and I used PC for about 10 years. I will never go back.

to be honest work great at the beginning

but yes ive gotten 3 labtops replaced from them within the year and also my iphone wifi gone bad too 1Year 3 months old no longer under warranty

lo list of products gone defective less than 2 years purchase iam not making anything up just stating

1. Macbook Air caused 2 degree burns

2.Upgraded macbook pro 1 day cd/dvd drive Damaged 6 of my dvd 3 copies windows Vista

3.mouse trackpad goes defective after 3 months

4.Iphone 3G goes wifi goes bad

i usto have a dell xps system and even after 6 years of me having it not one problem other than driver issues Run that apple store get your money back those products are design to look pretty but break alot even with warranty i don't want have to run get replacement every few months

All my friends and people i know that have mac products have never had a single problem, nor needed any help with their machines.

About my BenQ (siemens) laptop had to have a brand new motherboard every year, otherwise it wouldnt work properly.

2 changes, and i bout this guy in hopes of getting rid of that. I hope not to be wrong!

I'm guessing you have had very bad luck, 1 of a million!
