stangs do suck, stock for stock, a z28 will rip a mustang gt. Mustangs are just too heavy with too little horsepower to be able to compete with a z28. Oh, and you can get a z28 for less than a gt, thought id throw that out there.

Wow. This is fail dude.  Just look up 99 Camaro z28 vs 99 Mustang GT, the GT dyno'd around 218 RWHP and the z28 dyno'd around 286, that's a giant difference, I kill mustangs all the time in my 2000 SS, even full bolt on GT's can't compare to stock SS's in most cases.

I drive a 74 S30 2.6Ltr, 2500Lb, Datsun(what Nissan was back in the early days)260Z.

The 350Z is my successor Supposedly, BUT its to heavy and has a V6, instead of a true sports car engine like a balanced Inline 6 (L6). so i agree, 350Z is..."poodoo" as 'subulba' from star wars would put it.
