@slamnxgirlxjulie Chocolate wouldn't be a good idea in the mixture, you can add cocoa powder and then after they're done baking you can drizzle melted chocolate on top or dip the bottoms in melted chocolate! That'd be delicious!

I always whip the meringues to stiffer peaks because once you start working w/ them in the piping bag, they tend to droop like the ones seen here.
