I can tell you that our union has full disclosure and we are aware of everyone's salary from shop steward to national executive. But that is not a concern to our members. We are concerned with keeping the gains we've made and improving on wages & benefits, health & safety, job security, etc. Our members will gladly walk the picket line, but we don't have to because our leadership always delivers. My union has been succesful in organizing some major workforces recently, and another group of workers who were dissatisfied with their leadership left and joined us. We delivered to them a collective agreement they could only dream of before. I'm sorry for the problems you are encountering, but again I say, don't let the actions of a few speak for all.
