The second I followed her & with a raised voice but not shouting to ask her what the hell was going on she'd immediately hit back with "That's right, start shouting etc " & then make me look like the bad guy. Classic deflection & transference. The answer: don't follow, stay calm, relaxed but firm & reasonable.
My son-in-law is, I think, 30 and has "4 kids". He gives all his money to his wife, my daughter, and the money goes to support the children. They own a house, have two cars, have discretionary income, and more than enough. They go to church on Sunday, live for the Lord, the kids have a playroom full of toys, nice clothes, and have more than enough. On one income of a hardworking man. That's whats being a husband and father is about.

That will keep her from spending his money on stupid shit. get a separate account and put your paycheck in it and then buy her all the food and clothing and essentials like toilet paper and stuff, that way she'll have no reason to go to the store in the first place.

Turns out not only was she buying lots of stupid shit but was also spending it on her boyfriend who was a deadbeat junkie. And complaining about how rough she has it cleaning up after everyone. Unfuckingbelieveable!
