I love how he mentions the vehicles of federal government expansion; stretching the general welfare, interstate commerce, and necessary and proper clauses, also the due process clause while ignoring States' rights per the 10th amendment. Indeed, the IRS is notorious for collecting property unless you can prove your innocence, without ever using courts. @rhinnawi95 Reagan was better than anything else in the last 80+ years, but he ignored the constitution repeatedly. Harding was a good man, but rather incompetent. Sort of like Carter but with morals. Coolidge was the greatest president we've ever had. He's the only president to actually cut the size and scope of the federal government. And he did so every year he was in office. No other president has ever done it even once.

Wilson had thrown us into a big recession, which thanks to Harding, lasted less than a year, and this was through policies based on small government and low taxes (conservative policies). Next came Coolidge, but by that point, we weren't at war with anyone, and there was no cold war, so he was more successful than Reagan because he didn't have to worry about having a big army to counter a communistic threat.
