With your Canon DSLR, hook up the camera via USB to your computer. Install the software that came with the camera from canon. With the software from canon (I think its called EOS Utility), you can tell the camera to take a picture every X seconds (you can tell it as many seconds in between each photo as you want), you can even specify a delay as well, so if you want you can have it start taking photos an hour later after you start it, then once every 15 seconds, etc.
I have gotten to the EOS Utility part but I don't know where to tell the camera to take a picture every X seconds and stuff like that. Do you know were in the EOS utility to do it?
In the software, look for Remote Shooting. I dont have the software installed right now, so Im not looking at it. Im just googling what the program looks like and I recall it being in Remote Shooting.,
I knocked my sister out once doing just that when I was about 8, had no idea till she regained conciousness the next morning when i woke up being grounded for a month was just overkill from that.
Lol, hes really young and when you were 5 im sure your parents took a load of video and pictures. And when (if) you have kids you will take alot of pictures and videos to.

Thankyou, I figured it out. You have to go to the tools tab and select it while you are in remote shooting. If you care :)
