Yes, but Communism is only one of many evils mankind has produced and experienced. There are forms of oppression, other than pure Communism, as well. Myanmar is a sheer example. Russia is, communist or not, a dictatorial state in its very roots. It has never ben fit for dmocracy. Neither is China and other powerful countries. Neither is Myanmar if the dictatorial autocracy managed to survive for 45 years and is likely to live on. Horrible.
