@mrfrednoname i am not a democrate or republican i was just say if you read the comments that a group of us canadian political scientist for a party to watch the election and noticed in the alberta darling riding that when the total vote count was at 67% the dems had a 1300 vote lead and at 84% of the total vote count the rep had a 5000 vote lead that these numbers are impossible, thats a 9 to 1 split, doesn't happen!

If you count it by how much parties and candidates spent, it looks like one side outspent the other, but if you include third-party players like unions and other special interests, the other side looks like they spent more. Thus, it allows both parties to claim underdog status. That's just a guess, though.
